What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payment through PayPal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world. We currently are discounting domestic shipping to $5 flat rate for orders over 3 shirts, and if you order 8 or more, domestic shipping is free via USPS first class.
What does shipping cost?
International orders and shirt orders with less than three items will having shipping costs calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
All our shirts are made to order, and currently our next delivery window is early November, 2018. This is the only opportunity you have to get shirts this year! When your order is fulfilled we will send you an email to update you so you’ll know when you expect it.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA)
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days
International Shipping (varies per country)
- First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
- Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)
I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Every country has different regulations on imported goods. We recommend you visit this Calculator below to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
But I want a shirt now!
I get it! I love ordering stuff and getting it right away, too. But some things are worth the wait. I am only one person, and I simple do not have the time to work my demanding day job, spend some time with the hubs and the kids (and the needy cat) as well as work around the clock shipping shirts. I hope you can understand. In the future, we may try to have ready to ship shirts for you. Please let me know if that’s important you.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. If your the packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Local Manatee shirts. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, and we’ll make things right. We are a tiny company, so please give us a day to return your email inquiries. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.
